Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. If you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone or fax; call 292-1774 or fax 296-1212 to place your order. You can also order online and select COD as the payment method.

1. We accept all credit/debit cards currently in use in Bermuda including
American Express. We do not accept Diners Club or Discovery cards.
2. We can ship COD, with payment in full by cheque on delivery.
3. Companies can apply for a charge account. A credit check will be performed with BCA prior to extending credit.
4. All Bermuda Government purchase orders are accepted.
Will there be any delivery charges?
Free delivery applies to online orders of $75 or more and regular orders of $150 or more. A $30 charge applies to all other orders. Alternatively your order can be collected six days a week from our main location. We do not ship outside of Bermuda. Click here for additional delivery information.

What if you don't have my item in stock?
Items that you see on our www.computercity.bm web site are currently in stock, and are immediately available. If you place an order from our special order website for a non-stock item, we will advise of the estimated delivery date. Factors beyond our control can affect the estimated delivery date, however. Click here for additional delivery information.
What is your policy on Privacy?
We do not disclose your personal information to others except by order of a Bermuda court.

No, but there is a News section on our home page.
Can you do special orders or bulk purchases? Who do I contact?
Unlike some local companies, we are very happy to special order for our customers. Bulk purchases attract a discount depending on the size of the order and other factors. In general anything produced by the major computer manufacturers is available to us with a few exceptions. Most special orders we handle are for servers or software licenses. Our retail sales hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday, excluding public holidays. Some of our office functions such as Accounts and special order inquiries are not available on Saturday.
